Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances: • The item received is damaged or defective. • The incorrect item was sent. To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide: • Your order number • Clear photos of the issue If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side. Personalised items are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or item changes, subject to stock availability. • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the wrong item was sent. If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or request store credit(keep the money as store credit to shop again later). Custom or personalised items cannot be exchanged.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions: • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. • All original tags must still be attached. • Proof of purchase is required.
