KasiMarket facilitates shipping and delivery through independent courier companies registered on the platform. By placing an order, buyers agree to the shipping and delivery terms outlined below.
1. Delivery Workflow
Order Placement: Once a buyer places an order and completes payment, a delivery job is created.
Local Courier Matching: The job is made available to local couriers registered near the seller’s location.
Courier Acceptance: Couriers have up to 3 days to accept the delivery job. Only after a courier accepts does the 24-hour delivery countdown begin.
Escalation to Outsourced Couriers: If no local courier accepts the job within 3 days, the order may be assigned to external or third-party courier companies to ensure timely delivery.
2. Seller Operating Hours
Parcel collection and deliveries are restricted to the seller’s stated operating hours.
Couriers cannot pick up parcels outside these hours, including weekends or public holidays when the seller does not operate.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are based on courier availability and seller operating hours.
Actual delivery may vary due to location, traffic, weather conditions, or other operational factors.
Once a courier accepts the job, the buyer will be notified with expected delivery time updates.
4. Tracking & Notifications
Where available, tracking information will be shared with buyers once the courier collects the parcel.
Buyers will receive notifications of courier assignment, acceptance, and estimated delivery time.
If outsourced shipping is required due to unavailability of local couriers, buyers will be informed and provided with updated delivery details.
5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Incorrect or incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, or failed delivery attempts may result in additional delivery fees.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, road conditions, or courier operational issues.
6. Liability
KasiMarket is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once a parcel has been handed to a courier.
We will, however, assist with dispute resolution where possible and ensure fair handling of delivery issues.
By proceeding with checkout, you confirm that you understand and accept these Shipping & Delivery Terms, including possible outsourcing to third-party couriers when no local courier is available.
