2. Eligibility
To use KasiMarket, you must be 18 years or older, provide accurate information, and have legal authorization to sell products or operate courier services in South Africa.
3. Account Registration
Users are responsible for keeping their account information confidential. Sellers and couriers must provide valid ID and bank account details. Any unauthorized account use must be reported immediately.
4. Seller Responsibilities
- Accurately describe all products listed.
- Comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
- Process and ship orders in a timely manner.
- Provide professional customer service.
5. Courier Responsibilities
- Couriers are independent contractors, not employees.
- Accept and complete deliveries safely and responsibly.
- Handle parcels carefully; couriers may be liable for negligence.
- Do not deliver prohibited items (illegal substances, weapons, hazardous goods, counterfeit products).
6. Fees & Payments
Sellers and couriers may pay small platform fees for completed transactions or deliveries. Withdrawals may incur processing fees. All fees are transparent and communicated in advance.
7. Platform Usage
Users agree not to violate laws, submit false information, distribute malware, harass others, or interfere with platform operations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs on KasiMarket are owned by KasiMarket or its licensors. Users may not copy or distribute platform content without authorization.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers, sellers, and couriers should be resolved via KasiMarket support. Funds may be temporarily held during investigations. Decisions are final unless legally challenged.
10. Limitation of Liability
KasiMarket is not liable for lost or damaged parcels, disputes between users, or any indirect damages. Users operate on the platform at their own risk.
11. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, repeated service failures, harassment, or policy violations.
12. Data Protection
Personal information is handled according to South Africa’s POPIA Act. Users consent to the collection and use of their data for platform operations.
13. Amendments
KasiMarket may update Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
14. Governing Law
