KasiMarket grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with this agreement.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform content without written permission.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- You must not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on KasiMarket remain the property of KasiMarket or its licensors. Your license does not grant any ownership rights.
4. Account Responsibility
- Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
- Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
5. Termination
KasiMarket may terminate or suspend your license immediately for violations of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or other misuse of the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
KasiMarket is not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost data, lost profits, or unauthorized access, except as required by law.
7. Updates and Modifications
KasiMarket may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing updates to this License Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of South Africa.
