Courier Terms & Conditions
By joining the KasiMarket Courier Program, you agree to the following:
- Timely Deliveries: You commit to delivering parcels on time, following the schedules and addresses provided.
- Parcel Safety: You are responsible for handling packages with care. Any damage due to negligence may be subject to review and compensation.
- Accurate Tracking: You must update delivery statuses promptly in the system, including pickup, in-transit, and delivered stages.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all local transport, traffic, and safety regulations.
- Professional Conduct: Couriers should maintain professional communication with buyers and sellers. Harassment or misconduct will lead to immediate suspension.
- Confidentiality: Courier personnel must not share customer, seller, or marketplace data with any third party.
- Mode of Transport: Couriers may use the following vehicles: Bicycle, Motorbike, Hatchback, Bakkie, Van, or Truck.
Bicycles and motorbikes must be equipped with secure delivery boxes.
Bakkies, vans, and trucks must have fully enclosed canopies to ensure parcel safety during transit. All vehicles must comply with applicable road safety regulations.
- Setup: Completing the setup wizard is recommended for smooth operation within the KasiMarket system.
